Clicksoft seeks a hands-on sales leader with established Fortune 500 relationships, direct access to leading MSPs, and a proven record of winning staffing, payroll services, and Statement of Work (SOW) business. We expect day-one business development activity and a credible path to immediate revenue opportunities. Candidates should bring active buyer relationships and personally drive opportunities from introduction through contract execution and billing.
Key Responsibilities: Activate relationships with Fortune 500 procurement, strategic sourcing, contingent workforce, and technology leaders. Develop business through MSP organizations such as Pontoon, Allegis Global Solutions, Magnit, Randstad Enterprise, TAPFIN, and KellyOCG.Secure direct-client contracts, preferred-supplier agreements, MSP program participation, and access to SOW sourcing opportunities. Sell IT staffing, contingent-worker payroll, employer-of-record services, and workforce transition solutions. Win SOW engagements covering application development, cloud migration, data engineering and AI, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM implementation, QA and testing, infrastructure support, and managed IT services, aligned with ValzoSoft’s delivery capabilities. Structure fixed-price, milestone-based, time-and-materials, and managed-services agreements. Partner with delivery teams to define scope, deliverables, staffing, acceptance criteria, pricing, and change-control terms. Convert relationships into active requirements, payroll transitions, signed projects, and profitable billable revenue. Own proposals, RFP responses, negotiations, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
Required Qualifications: Proven enterprise sales experience in IT staffing, workforce solutions, or technology services. Active professional relationships with Fortune 500 buyers and leading MSPs, including Pontoon or comparable organizations. Demonstrated success personally originating and closing payroll services contracts and SOW engagements. Experience navigating supplier onboarding, procurement, vendor compliance, and VMS platforms. A measurable record of achieving revenue and gross-profit targets. Ability to identify qualified near-term opportunities and explain their procurement status, decision process, and expected timeline. Strong commercial negotiation skills and accountability for delivery feasibility and profitability.
Immediate Revenue Expectations: Day one: Present a target-account plan and begin outreach to established buyer relationships. First 30 days: Generate qualified meetings, active requirements, and proposals with identified decision-makers. First 60–90 days: Convert opportunities into signed agreements and initial billable revenue, subject to client procurement and onboarding timelines. Revenue and gross-profit targets will be agreed upon before joining. Candidates must clearly distinguish professional contacts from qualified opportunities, signed business, and actual revenue.
Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to new business, collected revenue, and gross profit.
