About the role

Evergy is seeking a Combustion Turbine & Renewables Engineer in Emporia, KS to lead cross-disciplinary projects across combustion turbines and solar initiatives. You will direct a diverse team, manage multi-year capital programs, and ensure safety, cost, and schedule goals are met. The role requires an ABET-accredited engineering degree and 2–5 years of project/construction management on utility-scale energy projects, with strong communication and technical writing skills.
