About the role

Atlas Search is working with a leading global multi-strategy investment firm to hire a Corporate Strategy Associate. The role combines firm-level strategy work with hands-on AI adoption. You’ll use agentic AI tools every day to build analyses, models, and metrics that shape decisions on growth, efficiency, and how the firm allocates resources. You’ll also help business teams across the firm put AI to work in their own day-to-day processes.
What You’ll Do: Strategy and analysis: Build financial models and business cases to evaluate expansion opportunities, technology investments, and organizational changes. AI-driven analytics: Use AI tools to query internal data, reconcile datasets, validate reports, and automate recurring analysis, and review every output yourself. AI adoption: Learn how each business team actually works, find practical uses for AI, and roll out tools that fit their processes. Business–engineering bridge: Define requirements, test what engineering builds, and translate between business stakeholders and technical teams on data and AI projects. Execution: Turn strategic goals into concrete plans with clear success metrics, and help run cross-functional initiatives. Executive communication: Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that give senior leadership clear insights.
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical role. Asset management experience is a plus. Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, benchmarking, and market research. An MBA, CFA, or similar credential is a plus. An understanding of how investment firms operate and how new initiatives are evaluated, staffed, and carried out. Familiarity with the trade lifecycle and hedge fund operating models is a plus. Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work, including agentic coding tools such as Copilot. That means structuring prompts, breaking problems into steps, and checking outputs carefully before relying on them. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with sound judgment on data quality. This is not a software engineering role. Clear, concise communication with everyone from senior leadership to non-technical colleagues, and patience in helping them adopt new tools. Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
