About the role

A faith-based institution in Leawood is seeking an Associate Pastor of Groups and Church Revitalization to provide leadership for groups ministry and assist in revitalizing local churches. This role combines direct oversight of group ministries with pastoral responsibilities including teaching, counseling, and church development. Ideal candidates will possess an MDiv or equivalent and have at least 3 years of ministry experience. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
