We're looking for an Online Sales Support associate to join our team and play an important role in building strong, lasting customer relationships. In this position, you'll be more than just processing orders—you'll be a trusted point of contact for our customers from order confirmation through post-sale support. You'll coordinate orders, answer questions, resolve issues, provide product information, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive the service and support they deserve. Job Title: Online Sales Support Primary Objective: Growing customer loyalty and retention through order processing and post-sale support. Primary Functions: This position is responsible for order processing and customer service according to operational service levels.
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Scheduled Hours: Mon-Fri / 40hrs/week / 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)Working Arrangement: Onsite for 6 months, then eligibility for Hybrid (4 onsite / 1 offsite) may be considered. FLSA Status: Hourly Key Areas of Responsibility Calls and emails customers to confirm order information, including product ordered, business name, and phone number. Processes sales orders in Net Suite and online platforms. Returns, updates, and cancels orders as needed. Notifies customers about lead-time changes. Generates freight quotes and schedules pickups with support from the Logistics Department. Ensures customer satisfaction by diagnosing and resolving customer issues according to operational service levels. Meets the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Displays enthusiasm, sincerity, and professionalism when responding to customer requests and questions. Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with customers, management, and other departments within the organization. Provides customers with product and service information, including manufacturer warranty policies and product manuals, as needed. Performs other duties as assigned related to the continuous improvement of team performance, processes, and client satisfaction.
