About the role

UKG is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the Retail & Hospitality West region. You will engage with C-suite executives, manage strategic accounts, and execute complex, multi-million-dollar deals using a consultative selling approach. The role requires 5-7+ years of experience selling cloud/SaaS to executives, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Base salary is $140,000 with performance-based incentives.
