About the role
Packaging Technician Precision Strip is looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who want to build a long-term career in an environment focused on safety, quality, and service.
What You'll Do:
- Package metal products according to customer specifications
- Safely move material throughout the production area using a forklift or overhead crane
- Work as part of a team to produce high-quality products while maintaining a safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GEDAvailability to work: Friday–Sunday, 5:00pm-5:00am OR Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm-5:00amForklift or crane experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to pass a hair-analysis drug test and background check
- Candidates who CARE: Capable, Accountable, Responsible and Ethical
- Competitive Pay & Bonuses:
- Starting at $25.75/hour with scheduled increases, plus shift premium $1.50 - $3.00/hour + progressive pay increases
