About the role

Concentra is seeking a Physiatrist/PM&R specialist to join on site as an independent contractor. The role involves treating patients in a partial-day shift, typically four hours per week or every other week, within a revenue-share framework. Board-certified or eligible PM&R physicians with CA licensure and an unrestricted DEA license are preferred.
