NOW HIRING: ON-SITE REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT
Location: New Port Richey, Florida
Company:
BAM Realty Advisors Established REO broker specializing in distressed assets, foreclosures, and bank-owned properties is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This is an on-site position based out of our New Port Richey office.
Requirements:
• Active Florida Real Estate License required• Minimum of three (3) years of real estate experience• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines• Strong computer and technology skills• Experience working with online real estate portals, websites, and transaction platforms• Excellent phone presence and customer service skills• Strong grammar, communication, and typing skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of assignments• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills• A Can Do attitude
Preferred Experience:
• REO, foreclosure, BPO, or property preservation experience• MLS data entry and listing management• Contract preparation and transaction coordination• Working with buyers, seller, lenders, asset managers, title companies, and vendors
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing listings and REO tasking• Processing contracts and transaction paperwork• Coordinating inspections, vendors, and repair bids• Communicating with buyers, agents, title companies, and asset managers• Maintaining deadlines and task completion through online portals• General administrative and office support We are looking for a motivated team member who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
