About the role

TekniPlex is hiring a Development Manager in Eatontown, NJ to lead New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise engineers to meet customer requirements and production goals. The role requires 5+ years in a new product development environment with a strong background in polymers/metals used in the medical industry. Relocation is available for eligible candidates.
