About the role

Indeed.com seeks a senior in-house counsel to act as a strategic legal partner to Category Managers and Specialists. You will draft, review, and negotiate procurement and vendor agreements across the full lifecycle, advising on risks and commercial terms, and resolving escalations with autonomy. You will also support Marketing and IT agreements as needed, develop standardized templates and guidance, and mentor junior lawyers to streamline contract management workflows.
