The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the organization's Christian values at the forefront, leading the HR business partner function, and establishing total rewards strategies that align with the mission. This role requires a leader who can advance the organization's goals, strengthen workforce effectiveness, and ensure the attraction, development, and retention of mission-aligned talent. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading change initiatives, building high-performing teams, and partnering with executive leadership to solve complex organizational challenges. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in various HR disciplines.
