About the role

Kleiss High Precision, a member of The Heico Companies, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Injection Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding equipment to meet production schedules while ensuring product quality, efficiency, and workplace safety. You will monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform quality checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of injection molding processes, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
