DCG Worldwide is looking for a Solutions Analyst to join an enterprise client engagement supporting the implementation of employee experience improvements across HR and IT systems. This is an execution role, not a discovery role. We have completed the research and journey mapping. The prioritized opportunities are defined. This role turns them into requirements the client's technology teams can build against, then confirms what gets built works the way it was intended to.
What you will do:
  • Translate prioritized opportunities into user stories, functional requirements, and written specifications
  • Sequence work by dependency and identify items blocked by unassigned ownership
  • Run weekly standups with the client project team, set the agenda, and track decisions
  • Work blockers directly with stakeholders across HR, IT, Security, and Operations
  • Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered work against requirement intent
  • Maintain the backlog and reprioritize as work completes or stalls
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field3 to 5 years in business analysis, solutions architecture, or technical product roles
  • Proven experience writing requirements that development teams can build from without rework
  • Comfort working across HR and IT functions, and translating between them
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms in at least one of these areas: ITSM, identity and access management, or HCMWorking knowledge of LLM platforms such as Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot, and practical judgment about where they help and where they do not
  • Comfortable working directly with director-level stakeholders and raising blockers early
  • Self-directed, with support from a DCG Worldwide engagement lead
  • Writing functionality and business requirements for Service
  • Now, Okta, SAP Success
  • Factors, or Workday
  • Leading UAT for service desk and HR systems
  • Helpful, not required Experience in a regulated industry
  • Experience carrying design intent from research into delivery
  • Logistics1099 contract, 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Remote, with travel of approximately 5% to client sites
  • Candidates based near Baltimore, Dover, Philadelphia, Orlando, South Florida, or in Texas preferred
  • Target start: late September
