About the role

Santé of North Scottsdale is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide intermittent Occupational Therapy services in patients' residences. The role includes assisting with treatment planning, documenting care, and coordinating with the supervising OT, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in occupational therapy, CPR certification, and fingerprint clearance. 1 year SNF experience preferred. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
