Job Description: Pallet Builder

Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Pallet Builder to join our team. The Pallet Builder will be responsible for constructing and repairing wooden pallets while maintaining a safe, productive, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities: Build wooden pallets according to company specifications and production requirements. Safely operate a pneumatic nail gun and other hand or power tools. Measure, cut, position, and assemble lumber accurately. Inspect pallets for quality, strength, and proper construction. Repair damaged pallets as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety rules and procedures. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Meet daily production and quality expectations. Perform other duties as assigned.
