Headquartered in Pompano Beach, we’re seeking a Jr Digital Designer who is highly creative, hands-on, and excited to bring the Amped Fitness brand to life across digital and physical channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design who enjoys creating graphics, editing video, working in Photoshop, and turning ideas into high-quality creative assets. The Jr Digital Designer will work closely with the Lead Designer to support social media, digital campaigns, gym openings, promotional initiatives, and internal creative needs. This is a hands-on production role with the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving national fitness brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create digital and print graphics for social media, advertising, gym openings, promotions, events, and internal initiatives. Use Adobe Photoshop and other creative software to edit photos, create graphics, and develop branded visual assets. Edit short-form video content for social media, paid advertising, gym promotions, and other digital channels. Assist with photo and video shoots, including capturing content at gyms, events, and new club openings. Resize, format, and adapt creative assets for different platforms and placements. Support the development of social media content and other digital marketing creative. Maintain consistency with Amped Fitness brand standards, visual identity, and creative guidelines. Assist with creative concepts, campaign development, and brainstorming sessions. Help develop creative for new club openings, presale campaigns, promotional launches, and company-wide initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital creative, content creation, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Experience with graphic design and creating polished digital assets for social media and marketing. Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy. Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photo editing, video editing, or digital creative work. Ability to take direction while also bringing creative ideas and solutions to the table. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience with fitness, wellness, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is a plus. Experience with photography, videography, motion graphics, or AI creative tools is a plus.
