A Financial Services Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Sales & Relationship Management Associate.
Responsibilities: Assist with ongoing communication and relationship coverage for current and prospective institutional clients. Coordinate responses to client inquiries and provide relevant updates regarding investment offerings and organizational developments. Support client engagement initiatives, business development efforts, and the preparation of related materials. Help maintain organized processes for prospecting, relationship tracking, and new product initiatives. Develop knowledge of the organization’s investment strategies and the broader financial markets. Research client organizations to better understand their objectives, structures, and investment needs. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to complete near-term deliverables and longer-term projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.2–4 years of experience in financial services, preferably within investor relations, client service, business development, or a related function. Familiarity with investment products, capital markets, and financial terminology. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, project management, and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing deadlines and balance day-to-day responsibilities with ongoing initiatives. Collaborative and professional, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of seniority. Proactive, commercially oriented, and interested in continued professional development.
