About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator partners and provides support to his or her assigned region or business line of responsibility at the direction of the Director of Human Resources. This individual is focused on providing operational support in the areas of field level recruitment, onboarding, and team member changes. This individual exhibits excellent organizational and prioritization skills to support multiple requests effectively, while appropriately managing tasks in order to consistently meet compliance requirements. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up to date Human Resources files, records, and documentation Monitor the onboarding process from start to finish for his or her assigned area of responsibility, including but not limited to curating and sending offer letters, initiating and monitoring the background check process, new hire documentation, I-9 compliance, among other routine tasks Monitor and complete verifications of employment, wage verifications and audits, and unemployment requests upon receipt Assist with all acquisitions, as requested All other duties as assigned Education and Experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and through various other forms of regular correspondence Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred Minimum 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Intern, or Coordinator is preferred Experience in ADP is preferred Working Conditions and Physical Requirements The team member works in a general office environment spending most of their time seated at a desk with a chair. Must be able to swim in emergency situations when visiting properties or otherwise willing to wear a flotation device Must be able to travel throughout the continental United States up to 35% of the calendar year #J-18808-Ljbffr
