About the role
Building and leading a client-facing AI and data services practice, the full-time salaried Director of AI Services will own the strategy, service portfolio, and delivery methodology while driving client outcomes and business growth remotely.
Key responsibilities
Build and scale the AI and data services portfolio, leading client engagements from discovery to deployment
Define repeatable service offerings and delivery methodologies while ensuring quality standards across engagements
Serve as a senior advisor to clients, translating AI capabilities into measurable business value and managing the AI and data services P&L
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology or professional services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Direct client-facing AI delivery experience, including scoping and leading AI solutions into production
Strong knowledge of applied AI and modern data technologies
Experience in defining delivery methodologies, standards, and tooling
Proven ability to scope and sell complex engagements to executive-level buyers
