About the role

Job Description: Description: We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor – Laminationto lead our lamination team and ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time production goals are met. This position is responsible for coordinating daily workflow, developing employees, addressing performance and quality concerns, and supporting continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and hold team members accountable for safety, quality, efficiency, and production goals. Assign daily work based on production schedules and priorities. Train and onboard new employees. Monitor employee performance and address quality or performance issues promptly. Ensure laminates are produced to quality standards with minimal defects. Ensure molds and equipment are properly maintained and handled. Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements. Work with Engineering and Product Development to improve processes and resolve issues. Provide regular feedback and communicate performance concerns to HR. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
Qualifications: 3+ years of manufacturing experience. 5+ years of leadership experience preferred. 5+ years of lamination experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to hold employees accountable and handle difficult conversations. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
