About the role
Meet Neus(14):Could your family be the perfect match for Neus? Meet Neus! She is an outstanding 14-year-old from Spain entering the 10th grade. She is mature, responsible, speaks excellent English, and dreams of becoming a doctor. She loves playing competitive basketball, playing in her hometown music band, and is so excited to experience American school spirit! Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming home environment. Provide three meals a day (student has their own spending money for eating out). Treat the student as a member of the family, not a guest. Help the student integrate into the local community and high school. Volunteer opportunity (no stipend is provided)
Qualifications:
Must be at least 25 years old. Ability to pass a background check. Have a spare bedroom (students can share a room with a host sibling of the same gender and similar age). A heart for cultural exchange and supporting a young person's dreams!
