About the role

Composite Manufacturing Engineer Shift Type: Contract (3-6 months)

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay: $40-$50/hr

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 2+ years of composite manufacturing experience (10+ years preferred for senior-level roles). Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes including hand lay-up, autoclave curing, Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), and compression molding. Experience developing Bills of Materials (BOMs), production plans, and manufacturing documentation. Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production plans, manufacturing processes, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Support and optimize tooling design and manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and quality. Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges. Troubleshoot composite manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. #SRGDH
