About the role

As the Manager, Risk Management AI Transformation, this full-time position will lead the transition of Circle's Global Risk Management organization to an AI-native operating model, focusing on redefining processes, driving organizational change, and ensuring the integration of AI solutions across compliance, financial crime, and risk management functions. Key responsibilities Lead workshops to reimagine GRM processes and define an AI-native future state vision Drive the development and implementation of AI applications to transform core GRM processes Champion the execution of Circle's AI Risk Management framework to ensure safe and responsible AI integration Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in business process transformation or related fields Strong fluency with modern AI concepts and their application to business processes Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives from vision to measurable outcomes Exposure to risk management or compliance in regulated environments Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
