About the role

Pay: $18-$21/hr. We're a family-owned and operated Culver's, and our team comes first. We pay close attention to what our people need: schedules that work, room to grow, and fair pay for leaders who show up. We're hiring Assistant Managers to run shifts, coach the crew, protect food safety and cash standards, and help grow the next generation of leaders. Four of our leaders started as crew and now operate their own Culver's restaurants as partners - we promote from within. How we run: We don't overhire. We'd rather keep a strong team and give them real hours than pack the schedule and thin everyone out. Best hours go to people with the right availability, strong work ethic, and good attendance. Health insurance: we cover 50% of the premium for Assistant Managers (and 100% for General Managers).Paid time off for eligible team members, free meals on qualifying shifts, free uniforms including shoes, and a path to grow. Culver's Foundation Scholarship - up to $10,000 for school (eligible team members).
What you'll do:
  • Lead and run shifts so food, speed, and guest experience stay on point
  • Coach and mentor crew and shift leaders; build a high-performing team
  • Own opening/closing, cash, labor, and food-safety standards on your shifts
  • Partner with the General Manager on hiring, scheduling, and store priorities
What we're looking for:
  • Restaurant leadership experience (1-2+ years preferred) or strong Culver's PIC/shift-lead track record
  • Clear communicator who coaches with respect and holds the standard
  • Dependable nights, weekends, and holidays availability
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
