PEAC Solutions is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Mt. Laurel, NJ hybrid team. This role reports to the SVP, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer and will partner across departments to manage contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will lead negotiations, advise on product strategy, and coordinate licensing, audits, and litigation support while aligning with our growth objectives and risk management practices.
