About the role
Job Summary:The Project Manager will lead the comprehensive delivery of a website modernization and CMS implementation project. This role involves planning, coordinating stakeholders, managing schedules and risks, overseeing design and development, facilitating testing and training, and ensuring successful deployment and go-live.Responsibilities:Manage project plan, schedule, scope, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.Facilitate project kickoff and status meetings.Coordinate stakeholders and delivery teams effectively.Maintain action, risk, issue, and decision logs.Oversee design, development, content migration, testing, training, and deployment activities.Manage changes, escalations, and provide executive-level status reporting.Required Skills & Certifications:Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.Eight or more years of project management experience.Five or more years managing website modernization, CMS implementation, or digital transformation projects.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including architecture, development, UX, QA, DevOps, and business analysis.Experience with public-sector or highly visible public-facing digital projects.Project planning, CMS implementation management, stakeholder coordination.Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Risk and issue management, schedule management, scope control, and vendor coordination.Status reporting, UAT coordination, change management, and go-live planning.Preferred Skills & Certifications:Experience managing content-rich website redesigns, CMS migrations, third-party integrations, and accessibility-focused implementations.Experience with public-sector digital transformation projects.Aviation or airport project experience within the last three years supported by project descriptions and links.Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, or PRINCE2 Practitioner.Special Considerations:Work on highly visible public-facing digital projects requiring strict coordination and risk management.Scheduling:Standard project management work schedule with flexibility to accommodate stakeholder meetings and project milestones.
