Administrative Assistant Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Huxley, IA branch location. Responsibilities:
Answering and routing incoming phone calls. Support credit and collections activities. Generate customer invoicing and credits. Maintain customer, vendor, and trailer files. Assist with managing sales and rentals logistics utilizing Tailwind software. Provide administrative support to outside department leads if needed. Interface with corporate administration and other branch locations as needed. Demonstrate excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships with existing and new customers. Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required. Comply with the Company's safety program.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in an administrative role. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and multi-task. Must have accurate data entry skills and attention to detail. Must have good computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Must have be able to work flexible hours based on workload. Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
