Accounts Receivable Specialist - Contract - Carlsbad, CA Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections and accurate account management? Proclinical is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry.
Primary Responsibilities: In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and resolving billing inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience. Experience in accounts receivable or a related field. Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The Accounts Receivable Specialist's responsibilities will be: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication. Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up with relevant parties to resolve collection matters and billing disputes. Address and troubleshoot inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via shared financial operations mailboxes. Accurately apply and deposit checks and wire transfers to the appropriate receivable accounts.
