HP, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Print Paralegal Consultant to manage the contracting process for capital equipment sales transactions, drafting and negotiating non-standard terms reflecting HP policies and coordinating with internal teams to bring deals to closure. You will maintain the contract template library, coordinate with IT and Operations to implement templates in CPQ, and provide guidance to senior sales and business leaders on contractual issues while ensuring compliance with audit
