This position will primarily serve territories that may include the Capital District New York, Hudson Valley New York, and Central New York. Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience independently handling and resolving first-party property claims as a Property Field Claims Adjuster
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Xactimate and Xactanalysis
Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to work independently
High standards of integrity and ethics
Insurance designations such as Associate in Claims (AIC) or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
