About the role

Stepful, Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead, B2B Enablement, in NYC hybrid. You’ll own the systems and processes that scale enterprise program launches across apprenticeship and upskill programs, partnering with Customer Success, Product, Learning, and Engineering to build the operational foundation for onboarding new clients or programs without reinventing the wheel. You'll manage one direct report and report to our SVP, Operations. This is a hybrid role based out of NYC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
