Client Overview: Our client is a global luxury fashion company.
Role Overview:
The HR & Recruitment Coordinator will play a broad role across recruiting, employee administration, onboarding, reporting, compliance, benefits support, and HR projects.
HR & Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruiting activities for field and corporate openings across a range of levels.
- Develop and maintain job postings and assist with candidate sourcing.
- Review applications and conduct preliminary candidate screens.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with reference checks and pre-employment screening processes.
- Maintain accurate applicant information within recruiting and HR systems.
- Prepare offer documentation, new-hire materials, onboarding schedules, and related credentials.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain regular hiring metrics.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR system information.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and related training activities.
- Respond to routine HR questions from employees and internal business partners.
- Process and track employee changes, including promotions, transfers, status updates, and departures.
- Handle expense-related submissions and other general HR administrative responsibilities.
- Help ensure HR processes and documentation align with applicable employment requirements.
- Assist with recurring HR reporting and data collection.
- Support performance management processes and related documentation.
- Coordinate required employee compliance and workplace training programs.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of training materials, guides, and HR documentation.
- Monitor and report on recruiting activity and workforce metrics.
- Organize meetings, interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
- Work closely with field operations and corporate departments to facilitate timely HR support.
- Provide administrative assistance to HR leadership and other members of the People team.
- Support employee communications related to benefit programs and annual enrollment activities.
- Assist with communications and follow-up associated with employee health and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as a reliable point of coordination between employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
- HR & Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, HR coordination, or a comparable combination of experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
- High level of attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential employee and business information.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, high-volume environment.
