Job Description:
Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).Observability & ITSM: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk log management, and Service Now incident/change management. Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections, firewalls, routing, IAM policy design, and security patch upgrades. CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, and operational script automation. Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).Oracle; Production Support; GCP; OAS (Oracle Analytical Service)GCP, AWSDyna Trace, Splunk Jira, Rally, Clarity Confluence, Airtable
