Structural Fitter - Per Diem Offered Grantsville, Maryland - Posted on September 11, 2026 Published By Roberto Venegas Trillium Construction is looking for Fabricators for a long-term project in Grantsville, Maryland!
Shift: Monday-Saturday 10 hour shifts Pay: up to $40/hr Per Diem: $100/day for 7 days Duration: 1 year +Responsibilities/Qualifications Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Plan and execute fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, and welding Must be excellent with alignment, need to be within 1/8th to 1/16th of error Must be able to lay out large pieces of carbon steel for the welder to follow and execute welds Must HaveFab shop experience with structural welding and fitting Ability to pass a 1G and 2G weld test of solid wire: Flux core and MIGPre-Employment ChecksMust be able to pass a drug screen w/ BACMust be able to pass a background check Random drug/alcohol testing will be conducted onsite Trillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
