Mailroom Specialist Immediate need for a talented Mailroom Specialist. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Redmond WA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Job ID: 26-30002 Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: Process outgoing shipments using FedEx and other mailing systems. Ensure all shipped packages are protected against damage. Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections. Apply appropriate postage and identification to outgoing mail and packages. Respond to production needs and assist with various mailroom tasks as required. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 1+ years of experience in a mailroom or shipping role preferred. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Dependable, hardworking, and a self-starter with strong communication skills.
Nice to have: Notary certification and/or lithium battery certification. Our client is a leading commercial real estate services and investment Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
