Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a PCA to join our staff and work in an amazing school! Special Education Paraprofessional Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience working with K-12 children
Special Education Paraprofessional Responsibilities:
  • Execute support in servicing the Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for each of the students in your care
  • Communicate with other staff and family members about each student's progress and struggles
  • Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness
  • Support the classroom teacher in the areas of behavior reinforcement and academics
  • Create a safe, productive classroom environment
