Pay rate $25/hour. Co-Op Position Includes: Scheduling, Preconstruction, Estimating. Spring / Summer Co-op: March September Fall / Winter Co-op: September - March Preconstruction Co-Op Required Qualifications: Working towards Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience. Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects. Knowledge of mathematics functions (geometry, basic algebra). Computer skills (Primavera P6, MS Office, Bluebeam, etc.).
