About the role
Quail Valley Golf Club, River Club & The Pointe is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Member Billing Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position reporting directly to the Controller. The role focuses on receipt posting, daily auditing, financial reporting for member accounts, and delivering high-quality customer service regarding billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Processing
- Audit daily department work
- Enter billing adjustments
- Record member payments
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Billing & Statements
- Verify member dues, privilege billings, and installment plans
- Process and distribute monthly statements via mail and email
- Member & Team Relations
- Resolve member billing questions courteously
- Collaborate with department managers and the Controller on member account research and past-due notices
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience Minimum of 1 year of accounting/finance experience is required Experience in the private club industry is highly preferred Software Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required Prior experience with Jonas Club Management software is highly preferred Core SkillsStrong communication skills Exceptional organizational abilities Sharp attention to detail Polished, professional demeanor
