About the role

TRC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee complex pipeline and related facility projects across multiple disciplines. The role requires coordinating ROW acquisition, engineering, permitting, procurement, and more to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include budget control, change management, scheduling, and regular client-facing reporting. The candidate should have 10–15 years of project experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
