We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pikesville, MD. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards Compensation and SchedulePay Range: $95 - $120 hourly

Location: Pikesville, MD RequirementsCurrent Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
