What You'll Do:
Represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm in a retail setting. Connect with customers to introduce products, services, and current promotions. Answer customer questions and provide personalized product and service recommendations. Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and communication. Work closely with teammates to achieve daily performance and customer experience goals. Maintain accurate customer records and complete required sales documentation. Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, customer engagement, and professional development. Uphold company standards while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Interest in customer engagement, sales, business development, or brand representation. Flexible availability, including weekends when needed. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.
