Description Responsibilities
Effective Communication:Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary, ensuring excellent customer service.
AP/AR Management:Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
Dispatching:Efficiently coordinate and dispatch tasks to the appropriate team members, optimizing operational efficiency.
Account Management:Support account management activities, providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Financial Processing: Enter checks into the system ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office:Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient data management and communication.
Time Management and Communication Skills:Exhibit excellent time management skills and communicate effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and information is conveyed accurately.
Ability to Work Independently:Possess the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and delivering results.
