About the role

Albemarle is seeking a Brinefield Reliability Engineer for our Magnolia, AR site. This on-site role focuses on ESP reliability, field support, and coordination with vendors to ensure safe, compliant operations. You will partner with TR, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to drive failure analysis, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement while adhering to Arkansas regulations. A BS in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience are required.
