Manage and produce branch business, focusing on loan production and portfolio quality. Lead your team to deliver exceptional service and meet business targets. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to expand branch presence. Proven experience as a producing branch manager. Solid knowledge of retail loans, home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), and mortgage products. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
