We are looking for a Capital Raising & Investor Relations Associate to build the investor relationships and fundraising infrastructure that let each of our companies grow.
The Capital Raising & Investor Relations Associate supports the Founder & Chairman in raising capital for NOVEXIS INC and its portfolio companies. You will identify and qualify investors, run outreach and follow-up, prepare investor materials, coordinate due diligence and manage ongoing investor relations. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong financial literacy, excellent writing, disciplined pipeline management and the ability to manage many investor conversations at once across several companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Targeting & Pipeline
Build and maintain target investor lists for each portfolio company: family offices, high‑net‑worth individuals, angel networks, healthcare and medtech venture funds, and strategic partners.
Qualify investors by type, check size, sector focus and fit.
Manage the investor pipeline in our CRM and provide weekly reports on stage, next steps and expected timing.
Outreach & Meetings
Run investor outreach and follow‑up.
Schedule and prepare the Founder & Chairman for investor meetings, including briefing notes on each investor.
Track commitments, open questions and next steps after every meeting.
Investor Materials
Prepare and update investor decks, one‑pagers, financial models and data rooms, in partnership with the CFO.
Keep materials accurate, current and consistent across companies.
Due Diligence
Coordinate diligence requests between investors, leadership, finance and legal.
Keep data rooms organized and every response on time.
Investor Relations
Run ongoing communication with existing investors: updates, quarterly reports and investor meetings.
Maintain accurate investor records for each company.
Market Intelligence
Track comparables, valuations and funding trends in medical devices, aesthetics and our other sectors.
Represent the group at investor events and industry conferences alongside the Founder & Chairman.
Qualifications:
2+ years in capital raising, investor relations, private markets, wealth management or investment banking.
A track record of supporting closed financings, with specific amounts and investor types you can speak to.
Strong financial literacy: models, cap tables, valuation basics and term sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to speak confidently with senior investors and executives.
Highly organized, with disciplined CRM and pipeline habits.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.
Ability to travel for investor meetings and industry events.
Preferred experience includes existing relationships with family offices, HNW investors or healthcare‑focused funds; medical devices, healthcare or aesthetics; and early or growth‑stage private company financings.
Benefits:
Employer-sponsored health insurance (medical, dental and vision)
Paid vacation
Paid sick leave in accordance with California law
401(k) retirement plan
Growth
As performance is demonstrated, this role can expand into greater ownership of investor relations and corporate development across the group, with a path toward senior investor relations or finance leadership roles. Compensation is reviewed periodically based on performance, judgment, reliability and business needs. Advancement and increases are not guaranteed.
Work environment
Full-time, on‑site at our Irvine, CA headquarters. Standard business hours with occasional evening or weekend work around investor meetings, conferences and company events.
What success looks like:
Success means every portfolio company has a qualified, well‑organized investor pipeline; the Founder & Chairman walks into every meeting prepared; materials and data rooms are investor‑ready; diligence moves on time; and existing investors hear from us regularly and clearly.
