About the role
- Advise manufacturing clients and executive stakeholders on business transformation using Salesforce.
- Develop industry-specific transformation roadmaps and lead workshops covering sales, dealer management, customer service, field service and partner engagement.
- Work with account teams to identify growth opportunities and support presales, proposals and client presentations.
- Guide executive governance and coordinate with architects and delivery teams.
- Promote Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud adoption and relevant industry practices.
- Contribute thought leadership on manufacturing trends, customer experience and digital innovation.
- What you bring
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges, with experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- At least 5 years working with Salesforce solutions and substantial consulting, industry or technology experience.
- Experience across Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service.
- Knowledge of customer, dealer, distributor, supply-chain and service operations.
- Strong business consulting, stakeholder management, presentation and executive engagement skills.
- A relevant bachelor's degree and experience showing business value from enterprise technology solutions.
- Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Consultant certification, or Salesforce Administrator/Consultant certifications.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Experience with ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or Infor.
- Exposure to AI, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud and industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
- Experience supporting strategic pursuits and large transformation deals.
- Location and compensation
- Full-time. Remote within the United States; the position is associated with Edison, New Jersey. Travel expectations will be clarified during the recruiting process.
