Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant will perform general office tasks and other administrative tasks as needed.The front office employee will also need to engage in tasks typical to an office setting. These include (but are not limited to):Shredding of documents, and the disposal of the refuse created from shreddingStuffing envelopes and aiding in correspondence to specific individuals, as well as the general publicGathering incoming mail from the mailbox, and dispersing it to the appropriate partiesEnsuring the reception area is clean, safe, and well-stockedEngaging in cleaning activities of the generalist office areas by engaging in vacuuming, dusting, sorting, and filing.Weekly cleaning of the refrigerator, freezer, and breakroomEnsuring the break room and other office areas are stocked with necessary suppliesSchedule:2/3 days a week, 2 hours per dayFlexible schedule, 9-11 am, 10-12 pm or other shifts as appropriateQualifications: The Administrative Assistant is someone with the following traits and skillsResponsible and safe in practiceDetail-orientedPolite and kind to incoming guestsHard-workingHands-onWilling to try new thingsTimelyDressed in appropriate attire
