About the role

Turn hidden gems into online sales as part of Ohio Valley Goodwill’s e-commerce team. We’re hiring a detail-oriented team member for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with first-shift hours and no nights, weekends or holidays.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMIn this hands-on role, you’ll help move donated merchandise through every stage of the online sales process, from researching and photographing items to preparing sold orders for shipment.
What you’ll do: Sort, research and process donated merchandise Authenticate and categorize jewelry, precious metals and gemstones Photograph items and write clear, accurate online listings Track and label inventory using online systems Pull, package and ship customer orders Meet daily and hourly production goals Move and organize merchandise using carts, dollies and pallet jacks
What you’ll bring: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds The ability to stand, bend and twist throughout an eight-hour shift Warehouse experience is preferred but not required Your work will help transform donated goods into funding for programs that support people with disabilities and others facing barriers to employment.
