About the role

Superpower is building influencer marketing into its core acquisition channel. You will oversee end-to-end influencer strategy, from creator onboarding to contract negotiation and performance dashboards. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on deal-making in a fast-growing health tech environment. You will own the creator ladder, scripts, and the paid usage rights while collaborating with media to repurpose creator content into paid ads.
